At this time SEVN ships within the United States only.

Signature Confirmation

High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and service availability.

Shipping Delays

Once a package leaves our facility delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

SEVN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SEVN is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Warranty Policy

All SEVN jewelry includes a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, loose stones caused by production issues, or structural defects in the jewelry.

If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period SEVN will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches or bending of metal, lost stones caused by impact, improper care, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or lost or stolen items.

Fine jewelry made from precious metals may naturally develop minor scratches or surface wear over time with regular use. This is considered normal wear and not a manufacturing defect.
