What materials are SEVN pieces made from?

Is your gold solid or plated?
SEVN jewelry is made from solid 14k gold. We never use gold-plated or gold-filled materials.

14k gold contains 58% pure gold, blended with other metals to increase strength and durability. It offers the ideal balance of purity and resilience, making it perfect for everyday jewelry meant to be lived in and passed down. With proper care, solid 14k gold can last for generations.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. We’re happy to help coordinate repairs when possible. If your piece ever needs service, contact us with a few details and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Manufacturing defects may be covered under warranty, while other repairs are assessed individually.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. All SEVN pieces include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This may include issues such as faulty clasps, loose stones, or structural defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, lost items, damage from impact, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.
Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
We plan to offer limited custom work in the future. At this time, we’re focused on our core collection, but if you have a special request, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does delivery take?

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
