At SEVN, we design jewelry intended to be worn and treasured for years to come. If something is not quite right, we are happy to assist.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only on unworn items in original condition, returned with all original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn jewelry.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. If you prefer, we are happy to issue store credit instead.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Starting a Return

To begin, visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email. You will be asked for the reason for the return and a few photos of the piece and its packaging — photos help us confirm eligibility, and most requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, we will send return instructions. Please do not ship an item back before receiving approval.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return: earrings for hygiene reasons, custom or personalized items, and items marked final sale.

Inspection of Returns

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

SEVN reserves the right to deny returns if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Items that do not meet return requirements may be returned to the customer.

Return Abuse

SEVN reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate excessive or abusive return behavior.
